This is a good moment to welcome the transferred staff into Capgemini and the teams for instance with cakes for the teams.
Part of the staff will continue to do the work they did at their former employer, now delivering services within the Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Service Level Agreement in this deal. Part of the staff might still be needed to
complete the knowledge exchange to the Right shore teams. Part of the staff will start a new career at Capgemini from the
transfer date on-wards.
Please be aware that staff transferred to Capgemini can experience quite a culture shock, especially when coming from
either a government institution or a small company. They may not be used to working against strict deadlines, being judged
on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) resulting in penalties, or obliging business end users to enter an incident or service
request according to the procedures first before they can start executing the work. They may also lose face or freedom of
action, which can influence their behavior. The Engagement Manager (Services) and the Service Delivery team leads
should be made aware of this risk before Service Commencement.

updated to reflect the actual staff transfer. |
